Hilariously, I was emailed the new details about my new tutor for my last TMA for the course I’m doing with the OU today.

On the day that it’s due.

As in, the day it has to be with said tutor.

The email also mentions the dates of tutorials that were rescheduled. And have already occurred.

I mean, what?

At least I have a lovely new tutor, who is competent and emailed her new students a few weeks ago and followed up with phone calls to make sure and to introduce herself.
